Work Environment:

Climate‑Controlled Key Responsibilities Set up and/or operate Swiss‑style CNC machines Run Citizen Miyano Swiss machines (dual Y‑axis experience is a plus) Load raw materials, change tooling, and adjust offsets as needed Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions Perform first‑article inspections and maintain tight tolerances (±0.0002") Monitor part quality and make in‑process adjustments Work closely with engineering, leads, and quality teams Support continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing efforts Skills & Experience (Not all requirements are mandatory—flexibility based on experience level) Experience operating and/or setting up Swiss CNC machines Setup skills including tooling, offsets, and first‑article inspections OR strong Swiss CNC operator experience Knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement tools Experience working in high‑precision machining environments Ability to work independently and stay production‑focused Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to team success Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of New Prague, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00
