Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a CNC Swiss Machinist and become a vital part of producing precision components for a variety of industries. In this role, you will operate and set up CNC Swiss machines, ensuring high-quality, accurate parts while adhering to safety standards and production schedules. Your expertise will directly contribute to delivering exceptional products that meet stringent specifications. Duties Operate, set up, and maintain CNC Swiss machines with precision to produce complex parts according to detailed blueprints and specifications Read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and blueprints to ensure accurate manufacturing Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to verify dimensions and tolerances Perform routine inspections with tools like micrometers and calipers to ensure parts meet quality standards Conduct troubleshooting on CNC equipment including Fanuc/Mitsubishi controls and tooling adjustments as needed Maintain a clean, safe work environment by following safety protocols related to welding, power tools, hand tools, and plastics injection molding processes Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in machining operations on CNC Swiss Machines Ability to read complex blueprints with GD&T annotations accurately Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and more Basic math skills for calculating dimensions, tolerances, and machining parameters Benefits At Nanotech Precision we value our employees and are committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being, professional growth, and work-life balance.
