• Position Summary
• Fabricate metal components by manual machining and operating CNC machines.
• Position Responsibilities
• + Run multiple CNC machines simultaneously, efficiently running parts through the equipment.

+ Operate band saws, drill presses, and other manual machining equipment. + Perform machining operations for milling, boring, grinding, lathe. + Create product based on work orders and drawings. + Use wide range of precision measuring instruments to maintain a close tolerance. + Complete reports, issue material to work order as required, file prints. + Other duties as assigned.

• Knowledge and Experience
• + Ability to read and understand blueprints.

+ Proficient in part inspection, including use of calipers, bore gauges, thread gauges, and micrometers. + Familiarity with CNC controllers + Mechanical aptitude. + Team player. + Communication skills (written and oral). + Basic math, reading, and writing skills. + Good problem-solving skills. + Basic understanding of ISO9001 and LEAN + Ability to work unsupervised. + Fast learner. Able to pick up new processes quickly. Education and Certification + CNC Operator Certificate or Equivalent Experience

• Compensation Range for the

Position:

• $18.64 - $24.24 - $29.83 USD _Offer amount determined by experience and review of internal talent._
