We're looking for a skilled CNC Machinist who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and keeping machines running efficiently. In this role, you'll set up and operate Haas mills and CNC lathes, perform tool changes and offsets, read blueprints, inspect finished parts, and help maintain tight tolerances throughout production. Whether you're dialing in a new setup or troubleshooting a machining issue, you'll play a key role in delivering precision components while working with a team that values craftsmanship, safety, and continuous improvement. We're looking for an experienced CNC Machinist to join our aerospace manufacturing team. This position focuses heavily on setting up and operating CNC Lathes and Haas CNC Mills to produce high-quality aerospace components. You'll work from blueprints, perform your own offsets and tooling adjustments. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC Lathes and Haas CNC Mills Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings Machine complex aerospace components while maintaining tight tolerances Use calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision measuring equipment to inspect finished parts Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues to minimize downtime Work with production and quality teams to ensure parts meet customer specifications Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas organized and safe Support continuous improvement efforts and lean manufacturing initiatives Requirements Previous experience operating and setting up CNC Lathes and CNC Mills in a manufacturing environment Experience with Haas machines and Fanuc controls is highly preferred Strong understanding of tooling, workholding, speeds and feeds, and machining practices Ability to read blueprints, GD&T, and engineering drawings Knowledge of G-Code programming and CNC editing Experience using precision measuring equipment and maintaining tight tolerances Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Aerospace manufacturing experience is a plus, but skilled machinists from other precision manufacturing industries are encouraged to apply If you're looking for an opportunity where your machining skills are valued and you'll be working on challenging, high-precision aerospace components, we'd love to hear from you immediately!!
