About the Role As a CNC Precision Machinist, you will play a vital role in our production cycle by transforming raw materials into high-precision components. You will leverage your expertise in CNC milling and programming to drive manufacturing efficiency and ensure every part meets rigorous quality standards. Responsibilities Execute complex CNC machine setups, programming, and operation to meet production schedules. Analyze technical blueprints and engineering drawings to ensure accurate fabrication of parts. Optimize production workflows by utilizing G-code and advanced CNC control systems. Maintain high-precision output by performing regular tool calibration and machine adjustments. Verify component integrity through meticulous inspection using micrometers, calipers, and specialized gauges. Proactively troubleshoot mechanical and production obstacles to minimize downtime and maximize output. Collaborate with the engineering team to refine machining processes and improve overall part quality. Required Skills 5-7 years of hands-on experience in CNC milling and machining. Proficiency in reading complex technical documentation and blueprints. Strong mathematical aptitude and advanced problem-solving capabilities. Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining high safety standards. Preferred Skills Experience with live tooling and multi-axis machining techniques. Background in CNC machine installation and complex repair. Proven track record of successful CNC machine changeovers and process optimization.
