Job Description

CNC Machinist Duties:
( 1st Shift 6:00am-4:30pm,2nd Shift 3:00pm-1:30am Mon-Thurs)
  • Set up and operate CNC milling/lathe machines to fabricate parts according to specifications
  • Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
  • Use precision measuring instruments to inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
  • Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to ensure proper dimensions and tolerances
  • Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as needed to maintain production efficiency
  • Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
CNC Machinist Qualifications:
  • Basic math skills for measuring and calculating dimensions
  • Experience with operating CNC milling/lathe machines or similar equipment
  • Knowledge of programming and operating logic controllers
  • Familiarity with CAD software for reading and interpreting blueprints
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality control checks
  • Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and making adjustments to machines Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check.
Must be punctual and dependable. Must have good attendance record. Must have the ability to work well with the staff and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to lift 50 Lbs. Permanent, full-time position. 1st shift (4-10 hour days) Excellent benefits package include Employer Paid Monthly Premiums for employee, spouse and children.
