Louis County area is hiring a Machinist/Lathe Operator for second shift. We are open to full time or part time workers. Pay will include a shift differential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Machine precision parts as required
• Maintain accurate record keeping during the machining operation of product
• Maintain established work flow pattern for shop orders being processed throughout the machining area by following established procedures
• Perform basic maintenance on machine Qualified candidates will have the following capabilities:
• A degree in machining or 2 years of experience with Swiss style lathes
• Must be detail oriented
• Must know how to read blueprints
• Must know how to use measuring devices such as calipers and micrometers
• Must be organized and willing to maintain a clean work environment
• Must follow safety guidelines
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
