We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Shift Panel Roll Former to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and oversee the panel roll forming machinery during the night shift, ensuring the production of high-quality metal panels and components. Duties Set up and operate panel roll forming machines with precision, ensuring accurate shaping of sheet metal according to blueprints and specifications Conduct routine inspections of equipment, including CNC laser cutting, plasma cutting, press brake machines, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and stamping presses to maintain optimal performance Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) to produce components that meet strict quality standards Adjust machine settings and tooling based on material type and production requirements using hand tools and fabrication techniques Perform quality inspections utilizing calipers, micrometers, micrometer gauges, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues involving CNC programming or electrical discharge machining (EDM) equipment Maintain safety standards by operating cranes, forklifts, and other lifting devices responsibly while adhering to safety protocols Requirements Proven experience operating manufacturing machinery such as CNC laser cutters, plasma cutters, press brakes, CNC mills/lathes, stamping presses, or similar equipment Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with CNC programming concepts and basic math skills for machine adjustments and measurements Ability to use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments effectively Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes including welding, assembly, tooling setup, and quality inspection procedures Experience with forklift operation and crane handling preferred but not mandatory Basic understanding of electrical discharge machining (EDM), plasma cutting techniques, and tooling management is advantageous Join our team as a Night Shift Panel Roll Former where your skills will directly impact our production excellence!
