$54,080•$83,200 per year shift: First work hours: 7 AM•3:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities As a Manual Lathe Machinist, you will operate manual lathe machines to produce precision components that meet exact specifications. You'll use technical skill and experience to ensure accuracy, consistency, and craftsmanship in every part, while contributing to the quality and reputation that define Master Machining.

Your Responsibilities:

Set up and operate various manual lathe machines Read and interpret blueprints, job tickets, and technical drawings Verify that parts meet all print specifications using precision measuring tools Perform regular machine maintenance and monitor tool wear Load, indicate, and secure parts accurately to fixtures Work efficiently to meet production timelines and maintain quality standards Collaborate with team members and leadership to ensure workflow efficiency

What We're Looking For:

3-5 years of hands-on manual lathe experience Knowledge of manual machining processes and tolerances Skilled in measurement tools and blueprint reading Ability to work with large and small components Excellent communication and teamwork skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and quality-driven Willingness to work overtime or occasional Saturdays when needed The essential functions of this role include: wearing steel toe shoes working in a non-temperature controlled environment manual lifting up to 50lbs standing for 8 hours at one time Skills Lathe Machining (3 years of experience is required) Blueprints (3 years of experience is required) Measuring tools (3 years of experience is required) Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
