Setup and changeovers of multiple axis CNC machines Use of CAM for machine programming, editing and writing (or write G-Coding from scratch for machine setups) Use of precision measurement tooling for setups and quality checks Maintain proper inventory of hand tools and inspection equipment Record product and processing data Ability to interpret blueprints / schematicsExperience Needed:
Associates Degree in Machine Shop Technology or similar At least 3 years of CNC machining experience with multi-axis Lathes (okuma experience highly preferred) Strong experience performing changeovers (Live tooling and turning center experience highly preferred) Strong mathematical skills Ability to produce parts with tight tolerances GibbsCam or similar high preferred or ability to write G-Coding from scratch for machineAbout Talento Search Group:
