Permanent Full-Time Our manufacturing facility is looking to add a skilled CNC Milling Machinist to our production staff. You will be tasked with the operation and programming of Mazak turn-mill equipment within our precision-focused shop. We value professionals who demonstrate strong attention to detail, the ability to manage tasks autonomously, and a dedication to manufacturing excellence. Core Duties Configure and manage Mazak turn-mill equipment Develop and modify code using Mastercam software and machine interfaces Analyze technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications Ensure high-quality output by conducting thorough in-process checks before final QA review Utilize specialized measurement tools like calipers, gauges, and micrometers Resolve technical challenges related to machining and programming workflows Support the team by helping maintain a clean and safe working environment Maximize production output to satisfy deadlines without compromising quality standards Required Skills and Experience Proven background in running Mazak turn-mill hardware Proficiency in Mastercam programming is highly desirable Comprehensive knowledge of CNC machining methods and G-code modification Capability to verify part accuracy and hold precise tolerances Practical experience with high-precision measurement devices Competence in interpreting complex blueprints and technical schematics Sharp analytical skills and a meticulous approach to work Dependable professional who thrives in an independent work setting Schedule Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM Compensation Hourly rate up to $40.00, commensurate with your experience Company Offerings Medical coverage Dental plans 401K retirement savings Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Accrued vacation time Opportunity for two annual bonus payments Modern workspace featuring climate control and air filtration systems
