The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience operating CNC machinery. This role involves fabricating precision parts and components according to detailed specifications, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. Duties Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines, to produce parts according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical documents to determine machining processes. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges to ensure accuracy in dimensions. Perform routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Willing to learn new techniques and processes. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex machinery. Proficiency in operating Fanuc-controlled CNC machines. Experience with CAD software for designing parts and components. Familiarity with using power tools and manual machining equipment. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Competence in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
