Pay:
$30+ BOE Adecco is assisting a manufacturing client in recruiting for an experienced 2nd Shift CNC Machinist. The ideal candidate will have strong CNC machining experience, the ability to work independently, and amitment to producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Program, set up, and operate CNC machinery with minimal supervision. Perform prototype and production machining from detailed drawings and specifications. Interpret blues, route sheets, and work instructions to determine machining requirements. Calculate dimensions and tolerances using shop mathematics. Utilize precision measuring instruments to verify part quality andpliance. Machine a variety of materials while maintaining strict quality standards. Troubleshoot machining issues and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance. Maintain a clean,anized, and safe 5S work environment. Provide technical guidance and training support to junior machinists as needed. Qualifications Vocational or Technical Certificate in Machining, Manufacturing, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Proficient with shop mathematics and precision measuring tools. Experience programming and setting up CNC equipment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of ISO and/or AS9100 quality systems. Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies. Pay Details:
