Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components.
• Interpret blueprints and technical documentation to determine machining sequence, dimensions, and tolerances.
• Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and work-holding devices.
• Perform drilling, milling, boring, turning, and secondary machining operations.
• Monitor machining processes, adjust parameters, and troubleshoot issues.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Identify material defects and follow quality procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Job Requirements Requirements:

• Minimum of 5years of machining experience including working with CNC Mills
• Must be available to work onsite in Rancocas, Monday through Friday 7am-3:30pm
• Advanced blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Working knowledge of CNC machining concepts and tooling.
• Familiarity with quality standards and inspection methods.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and meet physical demands.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
• Availability to work a standard first-shift, daytime schedule.

Preferences:

• Experience with overhead or jib cranes.
• Familiarity with forklifts, scissor lifts, or boom lifts.
