Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a Mid-Level CNC Machinist. The ideal candidate is proficient in operating and setup on
HAAS CNC
Milling machines, as well as some programming knowledge. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to read blueprints accurately. Must ensuring high-quality standards are met while adhering to lean manufacturing principles. Duties Operate
HAAS CNC
Milling machines and Mazak CNC Lathe (experience not required for the lathe) to produce precision parts. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and tolerances and program toolpaths using CAM software Assemble components as per engineering specifications, ensuring proper fit and function. Utilize calipers, micrometers, and other hand tools to measure dimensions and verify conformance to specifications. Perform routine maintenance on CNC machinery to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot machining issues and implement solutions. Apply lean manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the production process. Requirements Experience as a CNC Machinist with moderate skills in machining processes. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various hand tools effectively. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding technical specifications. Proficiency in using CAM software to program toolpaths Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is highly desirable. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Pay:
$30.00 - $39.00 per hour
