• 1:30 am) Join a tight-knit, experienced team that values precision and quality Get hands-on with advanced CNC technology, including Fanuc and Okuma controls Room to grow in a company committed to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement What You'll Be Doing Setting up and operating CNC mill machines per job specifications Reading and interpreting complex blueprints and technical documents Performing quality control using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and CMMs Troubleshooting on-the-fly and making production adjustments as needed Maintaining tools, machines, and a clean, safe work environment About You Be able to do the job as described Confident interpreting GD&T and working from detailed technical drawings Familiarity with both Fanuc and Okuma CNC control systems Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently during swing shift hours
