Role and Responsibilities AMS Las Vegas is a state-of-the-art hinge manufacturer located in Las Vegas, NV. Performs routine deburring and simple clean up on materials per instructions from the Production Manager and/or Quality Manager. All products are to be produced at the highest level of quality to ensure accurate performance on aircraft
Job Summary:
Performs routine deburring and simple clean up on materials per instructions from the Production Manager and/or Quality Manager. Experience and expertise with hand tools, including but not limited to: hand drills, grinders, and files. Ability to remain standing for several hours with or without reasonable accommodation. Monitors product quality through regular inspection intervals. Troubleshoots and corrects minor problems. Replaces assigned tooling as needed (i.e., drills, taps, etc.).Performs manufacturing tasks (i.e., cleaning products). Records data on production documents and ensures all documentation is accurate and complete (i.e., part numbers, revisions, quantities produced, run hours, etc.) Maintains a clean work area (work surfaces and floors). Knowledge of tools and equipment. Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings and inspect parts.
