Job Summary:
This position is accountable for operating production machines to produce parts in accordance with established standards and guidelines.
Reports To:
Supervisor Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Minimum of three years' experience Ability to sit, stand, twist, bend and walk for long periods and lifting up to 35 lbs.
Job Responsibilities :
Load, unload and deburr parts Fist article inspection and follow the Quality prescribed plan Inspect finished parts and compare them with the requirements of the blueprint Meet production goals in terms of quality, quantity and cycle time Create and follow set-up documents for jobs Source tooling from a list Follow ISO standards and practice Lean 6S manufacturing principles Use of proper PPE at all times
Preferred Skills:
Mechanical aptitude Basic math skills Blueprint reading Ability to follow instructions Good communication skills Familiar with Mazatrol.
