This role is for someone with hands-on CNC mill or lathe experience who can set up machines, run production, make adjustments, inspect parts, and maintain quality throughout the machining process.Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC mills and/or CNC lathes for precision manufacturing work Run 3-axis, 4-axis, and/or 5-axis CNC machines based on job requirements Work with Fanuc, Mazak, or similar CNC machine controls Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, work orders, and machining specifications Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments to maintain part accuracy Load raw material, secure parts, and verify proper machine setup before production Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed during runs Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools Check parts for tight tolerances, quality, finish, and dimensional accuracy Identify machining issues, tool wear, defects, or out-of-spec parts and report concerns Maintain production flow while following quality, safety, and documentation requirements Keep machines, tools, and work areas clean, organized, and safe Work with supervisors, quality, and production teams to complete jobs on scheduleSchedule /Pay:
