$45,000 - $87,000 Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. Your role CNC Machinist II, are highly skilled professionals responsible for advanced machining operations, mentoring others, and contributing to technical problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires leadership, deep technical expertise, and a commitment to operational excellence. You will Expertly operate and troubleshoot HMC, mill-turn, grinder, and balancer machines across various part families. Serve as a subject matter expert in safety, quality, and SOP compliance. Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve complex machining or process issues. Champion 6S workplace practices and promote continuous improvement initiatives. Lead root-cause analysis in collaboration with engineers and team leaders when technical issues arise. Recommend process optimizations and support pilot runs or new setups as needed. Mentor and train junior machinists, supporting skill development and team knowledge transfer. Proficiency in blueprint reading, GD&T, and CNC programming basics. Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting, setups, and precision adjustments. Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration Production by SOP 6S & Safety Activities Tool change overs CMM inspection (DATA Analysis, Tool adjustment)- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
