Job Description
Machinist / Toolmaker Turbo Machined Products seeks talented CNC Machinist for all 3 shifts. Second shift 3:00-11:30 pm and Third 11:00 pm-7:30 am shifts are currently a priority. TMP located in Frankfort, NY specializes in aerospace and power generation manufacturing airfoils
- blades, vanes, blisks and turbines.
Essential Responsibilities:
Candidate will perform various precision parts builds, and be responsible for part quality/dimensions. Perform typical set-ups and fixturing to support high value, low quantity parts and assemblies, Maintain the work area and equipment in clean orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations. Technicians must be able to work in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.Required Qualifications:
Experience- 5 or more years of relevant
MACHINING
experience Prior Experience in set up and operation of conventional and CNC cutting machine tools Basic machinist tools, including but not limited to basic measuring, and set up tools, (Mic's, Calipers, Indicators etc.) Ability to read and interpret blue prints and drawings. Ability to inspect parts to drawing using precision instruments. Strong communication skills Reliable transportation to and from work. This Job Is Ideal forSomeone Who Is:
