We are committed to innovation, precision, and excellence in manufacturing. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CNC Setup Person to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, and operating CNC machines such as lathes, milling machines and grinders to produce precision parts according to specifications and quality standards. Full Time - Day Shift or Split Shift Responsibilities Set up CNC equipment according to provided instructions, which include setting machine zero points, installing cutting tools, and securing workpieces. Read and interpret blueprints to manufacture parts that meet required specifications. Apply knowledge of machining methods to ensure efficient and accurate production. Monitor machine operations and verify that machined parts conform to specifications. Use precision measuring instruments such as gauges, calipers, indicator, and micrometers to inspect parts. Operate bench grinders to sharpen and maintain cutting tools. Support and follow procedures related to the company's Environmental Management System. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Experience Experience setting up CNC lathes, CNC mills, or grinders (training will be provided). Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency in using measuring instruments. Ability to adjust machines according to part specifications. Experience with Fanuc or Okuma controls is a plus but not required.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
