Job Description

Salary Range:
$18-22/hour CNC Machinist (Lathe/Mill) Master Machine Inc. is looking for a reliable CNC machinist. This is a hands-on role in a small shop — not a corporate environment. If you can show up, run parts, and hit numbers, you'll do well here. What you'll do: Operate CNC lathes and mills Load/unload parts and monitor cycles - make adjustments as needed Perform basic inspections Keep production moving and meet deadlines What we're looking for: CNC experience (lathe, mill, or both) Able to read basic prints Reliable and self-sufficient Focused on output and quality Programming experience is a plus (Mazak/Mazatrol)
