We're AS9100 and

ISO 9001

certified — our work goes on aircraft, weapons systems, and defense platforms. Tolerances are tight, traceability is everything, and the parts that leave our floor are inspected, documented, and accountable. We're adding a 2nd shift CNC machinist who can run our floor without a setup man hovering over their shoulder. Four 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday — three-day weekend, every week. The Schedule

• Monday
• Thursday, 2:30 PM to 12:30 AM (four 10-hour shifts)
• No Fridays. No weekends.
• Overtime available What You'll Do Set up and operate multi-turret CNC lathes and Swiss-type screw machines
• Run production parts to print — from first article through last piece
• Read blueprints and GD&T; hold tolerances in tenths
• Adjust offsets, change tooling, troubleshoot tool wear and chatter
• Inspect your own work (mics, calipers, comparators, height gages)
• Keep documentation clean — AS9100 traceability is part of the job What We're Looking For 2-5 years of CNC machining experience in a production environment
• Confident setting up multi-turret lathes and Swiss screw machines — not just running them
• Comfortable reading prints and holding tight tolerances
• Self-starter — 2nd shift means lighter supervision, you own your floor
• Quality-minded — aerospace and defense parts, no "close enough"
• Steady, reliable, takes pride in the work Bonus Points
• Experience in aerospace, defense, or military shops
• Familiarity with Citizen, Tornos, Star, Mazak, Nakamura, Doosan, or similar
• Mastercam or equivalent CAM exposure
