certified company that is an industry leader in Aerospace machining with over 50 years of precision machining experience. We manufacture tight tolerance parts for aerospace, automotive, medical, food processing, and other manufacturing industries. We are currently hiring a EDM Machinist for 1st shift. Responsibilities Operate Mitsubishi wire & sinker EDM machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. Program Mitsubishi EDM machines using Mastercam software. Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and GD&T specifications. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to ensure part accuracy. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production. Conduct assembly tasks as needed and assist in the setup of tooling for various projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Qualifications Able to program, setup, and operate wire & sinker EDM machines. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in manufacturing processes including plastics injection molding. Familiarity with basic math concepts applicable to machining tasks. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience. Good problem solving skills.What we have to offer:
