We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in setting up, programming, and operating CNC milling machines to produce high-quality, tight-tolerance components. You will work with engineering drawings, CAD/CAM programs, and a variety of materials including aluminum, steel, and plastics. No Degree RequiredResponsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3-axis and/or 5-axis) Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications Program or edit G-code and/or CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360) Perform tool selection, offsets, and machine adjustments Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and CMM (if applicable) Maintain tight tolerances and ensure consistent part quality Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize processes for efficiency Perform routine machine maintenance and keep a clean, safe work area SkillsCNCCNC Mill (5 years of experience is preferred)QualificationsYears of experience: 5 yearsExperience level: ExperiencedRandstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
