10+ hours/week Why this opportunity stands out Work on high‑tolerance aerospace parts in a clean, air‑conditioned facility Steady overtime for strong earning potential Long‑term stability and room to advance with a precision manufacturer Core responsibilities Set up and run CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision components Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Execute tool changes, make offsets, and adjust machines as needed Verify parts using precision measuring instruments to meet tight tolerances Hit production targets while maintaining safety and quality standards Participate in shop-floor continuous improvement efforts What you bring 1+ year operating CNC machinery Proficiency reading blueprints and using precision measurement tools Hands‑on exposure to setups, tooling, and offsets (preferred) Quality‑driven mindset with strong attention to detail Ability to work a scheduled shift and take on overtime Compensation & schedule Hourly pay: $20-$40 based on experience
