Job Description

Job Summary Monsees Group is looking for a careful, reliable, and detail-focused person to train in precision deburring, part finishing, inspection, and basic grinding support . Prior machining experience is helpful but not required. The right mindset matters more than experience. We make high-precision, short-run parts for demanding industries including optical, aerospace, medical, automotive, and advanced manufacturing . This role is a good fit for someone who can stay focused for long periods, follow instructions closely, and take pride in small details that others may miss. Responsibilities Inspect parts visually and with basic measuring tools Work under magnification to identify burrs, sharp edges, scratches, and cosmetic defects Deburr, clean, and finish small precision metal parts Follow work instructions, drawings, notes, and quality standards Support precision grinding and machining operations as skills develop Learn how to use calipers, micrometers, indicators, surface finish tools, and inspection equipment Keep work area, tools, parts, and documentation organized Ask questions early when something is unclear Qualifications Strong attention to detail Patience for careful, repetitive, hands-on work Ability to stay focused and work independently for long stretches Honest communication when mistakes or questions come up Willingness to learn from experienced machinists, grinders, and QC staff Respect for process, cleanliness, and quality Good hand-eye coordination and comfort working with small parts Reliable attendance and steady work habits
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
