$28.00-36.00 + Position Overview An expanding precision manufacturing operation specializing in advanced CNC turning and milling is seeking experienced CNC Machinists to join its night shift team. This opportunity is ideal for highly skilled machinists looking to further develop their expertise while working with state-of-the-art equipment producing complex components from exotic and high-temperature alloys. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where quality, communication, and continuous improvement are essential. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and part specifications Follow routers and work instructions to complete machining operations accurately Perform machine setups and adjustments as required Operate precision measuring instruments and inspection equipment Conduct in-process inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained Collaborate with Quality personnel to ensure delivery of high-quality finished parts Apply basic shop mathematics and CNC programming knowledge Maintain accurate production and inspection records using basic computer systems Adhere to all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions immediately Maintain 6S and housekeeping standards throughout the work area Support cross-training initiatives and assist in developing teammates Operate complementary equipment as needed to support production demands Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process enhancements Demonstrate flexibility to work overtime as needed Qualifications Previous CNC machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment Strong understanding of CNC turning and/or milling operations Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Experience performing machine setups Proficiency using precision measuring tools and inspection equipment Understanding of in-process quality inspection procedures Basic CNC programming knowledge preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Excellent work ethic and reliability Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must be eligible to work in the United States in compliance with ITAR requirements Ability to pass a background check and 10-panel drug screening Availability to work a 48-hour work week and overtime as needed Benefits Competitive compensation and performance-based bonus opportunities 10% Night Shift Differential Medical insurance with low employee contribution and out-of-pocket costs Prescription drug coverage Dental insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Company-paid life insurance Short-term and long-term disability coverage Voluntary supplemental insurance options Employee wellness/exercise facility access Additional employee perks and recreational benefits #IND2
