CNC Operator -
Cleveland, OH Minutemen Staffing Pay:
$20.03/hr to start | Up to $27.03/hr with qualification pay

Full-time (shift details provided during interview) Now Hiring Skilled CNC Operators! Minutemen Staffing is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented CNC Operators for a growing company in the Cleveland area. This is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with competitive pay and room for advancement based on your skills.
What You'll Do:
Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts Read and interpret blueprints and work orders Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency Maintain a clean and safe work environment
What We're Looking For:
Previous CNC experience preferred Ability to read measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable with a solid work ethic Resume required to be considered
