Job Description
Cincinnati Test Systems (CTS) is seeking an experienced Machinist to support the manufacturing of precision components used in advanced leak test instrumentation and custom automated systems.

We serve a diverse range of industries including Automotive, Consumer Goods, Powertrain, Energy, Medical, and Military. This position is ideal for a highly skilled machinist who takes pride in precision workmanship, can independently machine parts from start to finish, and thrives in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Perform seal cutting operations to precise specifications Drill and tap components accurately and efficiently Perform saw cutting and squaring of materials Machine parts from raw material to finished product Interpret and effectively work from blueprints and technical drawings Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards Collaborate with team members and follow direction to support production schedules Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalency 5-10+ years of related machining experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience Ability to machine a part independently from start to finish Proficiency with drills, squares, and saws Strong blueprint reading skills Strong math and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Preferred Experience CNC programming experience EdgeCAM software knowledge Experience machining components used in instrumentation or automated equipment Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to perform color determination and close visual inspection of objects Occasional stooping or crouching to assemble or inspect components Why Machinists Choose CTS Work for a global leader in precision leak test technology Stable, growing company with diverse industry exposure Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package Career advancement opportunities within a world-class manufacturing organization Collaborative culture focused on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction
