Full Job Description Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
Set up tooling, fixtures, and workholding using engineering drawings and setup documentation Establish machine zero points and complete first‑part inspections to blueprint specifications Verify dimensions and quality using appropriate inspection tools Run production parts following successful setup and approval Optimize cycle times and production methods while maintaining quality requirements Perform in‑process inspections and part benching during machine operation Accurately complete SPC records, inspection documentation, and certified operator paperwork Record work transactions correctly within the ERP system Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams to ensure product conformance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
Qualifications:
4-7 years of CNC machining experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (Aerospace experience strongly preferred) Strong background in CNC setup and operation for mills and/or lathes Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints High attention to detail with a focus on quality and repeatability Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 40 lbs Ability to pass all required pre‑employment screenings and medical evaluations
Education & Training:
High school diploma or equivalent required Completed apprenticeship program preferred A bit about us:
