Cnc Machinist

CNC Operator- $22-28/hr

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CNC Machinist to join our team in the Porta Department. The ideal candidate will have the ability to follow rules, instructions, and guidelines while working collaboratively with all departments. You will be responsible for running CNC machines, completing machine tool adjustments, and ensuring that products meet quality standards.

Shift Description:

Monday-Thursday 6p-4:30a ($1 shift premium)

Responsibilities:

Operation of CNC machinery including but not limited to Porta, Mills, Lathes, Hydromats Complete machine tool adjustments after documented training. Use measuring equipment to track product quality according to data collection sheets. Operate common inspection and measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Lift up to 50 lbs and use a pallet jack, as well as operate small hand tools for deburring and cutting. Work hours as posted, arriving on time and ready to begin at the start of the shift. Move products in and out of the department using a forklift.

Essential Skills:

2+ years of CNC machining experience. Blueprint reading. Ability to work in a fast-paced production machining environment. Quality inspection using tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. High School Diploma or GED. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hudson, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
