In this role, you will take full ownership of setup and production on complex mill/turn machines, producing precision components to tight tolerances. If you are confident setting up multitasking CNC equipment, solving machining challenges at the machine, and running high-quality parts independently, we'd like to hear from you.

Schedule:

Full-Time, 2nd Shift with consistent overtime opportunities What You'll Do Perform complete setup and operation of multi-axis CNC mill/turn machines, including Okuma Multus and Doosan CNC machines Take full ownership of assigned jobs from setup through first-piece approval and production Interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements Establish tooling, fixturing, speeds, feeds, and machine offsets to achieve precision, repeatability, and efficiency Inspect complex parts using precision measuring instruments to ensure tight tolerances and quality standards Troubleshoot machining issues and make real-time adjustments to programs and setups as needed Work closely with the production team to maintain workflow and resolve manufacturing challenges Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For 3-7 years of CNC mill/turn machining experience (Okuma Multus and Doosan preferred) High school diploma or GED required Proven experience performing full CNC mill/turn setups independently from start to finish on complex parts Strong understanding of GD&T and ability to apply it in high-precision machining environments Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings without assistance Strong experience optimizing speeds, feeds, tooling, and offsets for quality and efficiency CNC programming experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing tight-tolerance, high-quality parts Ability to work independently and take full ownership of assigned work Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health insurance Retirement plan options Paid time off AeroControlex is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
