JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a CNC Brake Press Machinist who will be responsible for tool and die setups, machine operation, and quality control. This is a first shift position working Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Duties:

Set-up and operate Press Brake Machines, check parts, and ensure quality control standards are met Read and understand blueprints and shop drawings Use calipers, height gauge, squares, protractor, and tape measure Load tooling and make machine adjustments to adhere to company quality standards and hold tolerances Must be able to lift 50 pounds throughout the day

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED Must have previous experience in setting up and operating CNC Brake Press Machines Must have experience in machine operation, quality control, machining, and milling in a manufacturing industry Must be able to use calipers, height gauge, squares, protractor, and tape measure Must have the ability to read and understand blueprints, shop drawings, angles, and CNC controls Must be able to check parts and ensure quality control standards are met Must be able to perform basic math calculations Must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team environment Must be able to get to work on time Must have own reliable transportation Only candidates that can pass a background check will be considered.
