2nd shift (Monday- Friday) Summary Seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to operate and set up CNC lathes and/or mills in a precision manufacturing environment. This role requires strong blueprint reading, GD&T knowledge, and the ability to hold tight tolerances. Candidates must be open to training on 1st shift before transitioning to a 2nd shift schedule. - 12:30 AM (Mon-Thurs) with possible overtime Willing to train on 1st shift (5:00 AM
- 1:30 PM or 6:00 AM
- 2:30 PM) for 3-6 months Minimum 2+ years of CNC machining experience Experience with CNC lathes and/or mills Hands-on experience with live tooling Strong knowledge of GD&T Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Proven ability to perform and explain machine setups Experience working with tight tolerances High school diploma or GED required Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Job Description Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts Perform machine setups and changeovers as required Utilize blueprints, work orders, quality plans, and specifications Make minor adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency Conduct in-process inspections to ensure parts meet tight tolerances Monitor machine parameters and status boards Follow all safety and quality standards
