Hours:
[MON-THU] 4:00 pm - 2:30 am
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, Potential OT on Friday. Training will begin on first shift, 8:30am - 7:00pm, until operation procedures and training are completed. Training hours can potentially be adjusted under special circumstances. Coleys is a climate-controlled facility Swiss Experience Required!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily operation of Citizen and/or Nexturn Swiss machines Perform setups for new and prior jobs within the Swiss department Experience programming new parts on the machine Skilled in the use of a variety of CNC machining tools and precision measuring devices to produce parts to customer specifications, including post-run responsibilities such as deburring Understand and interpret blueprints, sketches, or other descriptions of parts to be machined from selected materials Make necessary offsets and other adjustments as needed during the machining process
Requirements and Qualifications:
1+ year(s) of experience operating Swiss machines Ability to read and work from sketches, specifications, and blueprints Ability to communicate effectively with team Ability to manage workflow between multiple machines to meet customer due dates Working knowledge of machine shop equipment, tools, and precision measuring devices Machinist looking to grow with the company with opportunities for advancement and growth
