Job Description
Overview Looking for a CNC operator to machine plastic seals and gaskets at our company
PU1TEC OH LLC!
No experience needed, we offer training. We're a smaller company located in Walton Hills and are looking to build a state-of-the-art team to forward our company standing within the world of seals! We have a rather relaxed environment outside of rush order completion and we're hoping to find a stable and long-term worker to add to our team. Duties- Machining Seals and/or gaskets to the necessary dimensions and remaining within the given tolerances given by either a print or our software.
- Measuring via calipers and/or mics to ensure a part is correct.
- To handle; splitting, installing springs/O-rings and 2nd Operations of their machined product before placing it on the QC (Quality Check) table.
- Machinists should keep a close eye to detail to ensure the CORRECT product is being made. (This includes a quick double check to assure that the correct material and size have been chosen to machine)
- Machinists are to follow orders chronologically, machining items in order of their ship dates.
- Unless the production sheets are marked/altered by the office/production manager
- Machinists are to clean out their machines every 6 months.
- Machinists are responsible for maintaining insert health by sharpening and/or switching out tooling to ensure the best machined products.
- Machines are to be switched off and vacuums are to be cleaned out and left open by the end of every workday.
- To take care of any spills by either using a towel or pouring our drying agent on top.

$20.00- $25.
