Shift:

7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday Opportunity for overtime before or after the regular shift Pay $19.00 - $23.00 per hour, based on experience Key Responsibilities Assemble CNC machine components following detailed blueprints and schematics Fabricate parts as needed in cooperation with machinists Implement machine power-up and conduct initial testing Prepare machines for shipment and assist in loading for transport Work with engineers to start up machines and train customers in maintenance Respond to troubleshooting questions from customers and provide on-site service as needed Perform warranty inspections and resolve customer issues Complete paperwork accurately, including markings on prints and customer reports Maintain ISO certification standards through quality-focused work Assist with general maintenance and upkeep of the work area Minimum Requirements Ability to read blueprints and schematics Proficiency with precision measuring tools (micrometers, indicators) Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience with machine shop operations and assembly Ability to work safely and communicate effectively with team members and customers Own hand tools preferred Valid driver's license and insurability to drive company or rental vehicles Nice to Have Skills Familiarity with CNC operation and machine alignments Experience using lathes, drill presses, milling machines, and grinders Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Education and Experience Graduate of technical school or machine trades apprenticeship At least five years of related work experience preferred Other Requirements No recent felonies, especially no violent crimes or theft-related felonies No misdemeanor thefts; company enforces strict zero-tolerance for theft This is a drug-free organization Drake will send candidates for a local drug test and condition of direct hire Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Direct Deposit and Weekly Pay Opportunities for overtime and career advancement Supportive team environment Company-provided safety equipment and tools Ready to start your career with a growing company? to join our team and help us build quality CNC machines!
