Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM + Some Saturdays (6am-Noon) Job Summary Integrity Staffing is hiring a CNC Operator (Lathe) for a growing manufacturing facility in Broken Arrow. This role is responsible for operating CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality, precision-machined parts. Ideal candidates will have machining experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathe machines Load materials and properly secure parts for machining Select and change tooling as needed Monitor machine performance and tool wear Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Inspect finished parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges Perform in-process quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications Make basic program adjustments (G-code) as needed Troubleshoot machining issues and report discrepancies Maintain production and inspection records Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area Work closely with production and quality teams to meet deadlines

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 2+ years of CNC machining or metal fabrication experience CNC lathe experience preferred

Skills:

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Experience using precision measuring tools Basic knowledge of metals and machining processes Strong math skills (basic arithmetic and geometry) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and quality Why Apply?
