• Job Description
• We are seeking a skilled machinist to join our shop. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with mills and lathes, and possess a strong proficiency in G-Code programming directly at the machine.
• Responsibilities
• + Operate and program CNC mills and lathes using G-Code. + Produce custom orders efficiently, making quick adjustments as needed. + Ensure precise machining according to blueprints and specifications. + Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Maintain equipment and ensure a safe and clean working area.
• Essential Skills
• + Proficiency in CNC programming, particularly with G-Code. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Strong problem-solving skills in a custom order setting.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Experience with Haas and Fanuc CNC machines is advantageous. + Familiarity with horizontal and vertical CNC mills.

• Work Environment
• Our standard shift runs from 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday. Currently, due to increased demand, shifts are from 6 AM to 5 PM, with Saturday work as well. This fast-paced environment is not the norm but reflects our responsive approach to custom orders.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
