Ability to read and follow written instructions, diagrams, and work orders. Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in hands-on work. Ability to safely use hand tools and basic power tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workmanship. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Must be dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods. Willingness to follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment. Experience using machining equipment including, but not limited to, CNC, lathe, and mills. Preferred Skills and Experience (Not required — training will be provided) Basic knowledge of AC/DC electric motors and rotating equipment. Experience troubleshooting, disassembling, inspecting, and reassembling electric motors. Familiarity with electrical testing equipment such as: Megohmmeters (Meggers), Multimeters, and Surge testers. Knowledge of bearings, shafts, and mechanical components related to electric motors. Previous experience in motor repair, industrial maintenance, mechanical repair, or manufacturing environments . Basic math skills, including measurements and simple calculations. Forklift or overhead crane experience.
Pay:
$23.00 - $28.00 per hourBenefits:
