Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining processes and a passion for precision engineering. As a Machinist, you will be responsible for operating various machines to fabricate and assemble components according to specifications, ensuring high-quality production standards are met. Duties Operate manual and CNC machines, lathes, and other machining equipment to produce parts and components. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining specifications. Utilize precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy in dimensions. Program CNC machines using CAM programming software for efficient production runs. Assemble fabricated components into finished products while adhering to quality control standards. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation. Collaborate with team members to optimize machining processes and improve production efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience as a Machinist with a strong understanding of machining techniques and tools. Proficiency in CNC operation and programming, with experience in CAM programming preferred. Familiarity with hand tools and fabrication processes is essential. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and schematics. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A background in machining or related fields is highly desirable.
