Job Description
CNC Setup Machinist compensation: Negotiable employment type: Contract to Full Time CNC Machinist/Operator. Monday-Friday Setup, operate and maintain: 3,4,5 axis Mills & 2 axis Lathes Must have working command of the English language, and be able to communicate orally and in writing Ability to read and interpret blue prints Strong math skills Good computer skills Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Highly motivated and organized Must be able to stand for long periods of time with intermittent walking Ability to move about machinery at all times Must be able to lift a variety of metal parts, tools and fixtures at waist height from 2 to 40 lbs. Works in a manufacturing environment, safety glasses, ear protection. High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 5 years experience as a CNC Machinist Working knowledge of G-code programming and CNC coordinate systems Mastercam / Solidworks / Fusion 360 Working knowledge of HAAS controls Non job shop environment. Designing and manufacturing product for the Shooting, Hunting, Outdoorsman trades .
