Senior Machinist

Max Machine LLC Senior Machinist Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC milling machines (3 axis with and without rotary) Set up and operate CNC turning machines (with and without live tooling) Able to program CNC milling machines (Autodesk Fusion) and CNC turning machines when provided with a drawing/print and solid model Proven track record of machining parts that meet or exceed customer specifications for all features on the drawing/print Complete in-process quality inspections and record data of the results Ability to problem solve machining issues and assist other machinists with problem solving Demonstrated ability to reverse engineer parts and create/edit prints as needed Act as on-the-job trainer to establish and strengthen machining skill set of existing machinists Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications 10+ years' experience as a CNC Machinist in a job shop or production environment Demonstrated proficiency in setup and operation skills for CNC milling and turning machines Proficiency in Autodesk Fusion Ability to read and interpret drawings/prints and solid models Proficiency with dimensional inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, CMMs, etc.) Why Join Max Machine?
