Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, routers, and other machining equipment Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications Perform machine adjustments and tool changes as needed Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, and gauges Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency standards are met Troubleshoot machining and production issues Maintain accurate production and quality records Follow all company safety and quality procedures Work collaboratively with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams Qualifications 3+ years of CNC machining experience preferred Experience with setup and operation of CNC equipment Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong understanding of tight tolerance machining Familiarity with inspection and measuring tools Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Plastic machining experience is a plus, but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) retirement plan Overtime opportunities Supplemental short-term disability, accident, and cancer insurance Opportunities for advancement and skill development Climate-controlled manufacturing environment Family-owned and team-oriented workplace culture About Reading Advanced Machining Reading Plastic & Metal Advanced Machining specializes in advanced plastic and metal machining with
