CNC Machinist I

• West Chester, PA | $27+/hr (based on experience)
• Adecco is hiring a CNC Machinist for a direct hire opportunity in West Chester, PA. This is a great chance to join a stable manufacturing team with hands-on work across a variety of machines and equipment.
• Key Responsibilities
• + Operate a variety of machine tools including CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, and drill presses + Work from blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings to fabricate machined components + Perform shop calculations to determine tooling, feeds, and speeds + Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators + Assist with basic machine programming as needed + Collaborate with team leads to complete jobs accurately and on schedule •Qualifications•+ Ability to read blueprints and interpret measurements and angles + Working knowledge of machining tools and inspection equipment + Strong attention to detail and quality + Good communication skills + Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and perform physical work •Education & Experience•+ High School diploma or GED preferred + 0-2 years of machining experience preferred + Experience with CNC, lathe, and manual machines is a plus + Equivalent combination of training and experience will be considered •Why This Role•+ Direct hire opportunity + Competitive starting pay at $27+/hr + Hands-on, skilled trade environment + Opportunity to grow machining skills and experience •
