CNC/Shop Helper

Hiring a CNC/Shop Helper for a client within Montgomery County!

Pay:

$18/hr for entry level candidates with minimal experience. Responsibilities Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and job travelers. Perform complete machine setups including tooling, fixtures, offsets, and work holding. Machine a variety of materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, alloys, and specialty materials. Perform in‑process inspection using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and indicators. Troubleshoot machining issues and make real‑time adjustments as needed. Work closely with programmers, engineers, and shop leadership to improve part quality and efficiency. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Support continuous improvement and best practices within the job shop. Open to entry level candidates looking for more shop experience! Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Willow Grove, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
