Full Job Description Pay:

$28.00 - $40.00/hour (Based on experience)

Hours:

all 3 shifts

Responsibilities:

Generate toolpaths for Single Spindle and/or multi-axis machining (3, 4, and 5 axis) Post-process programs for different CNC machines Work closely with engineers, machinists, and setup technicians to support production Troubleshoot program errors and machine issues Validate toolpaths through simulation before production Create setup sheets and tool lists for machining operations Maintain revision control of CNC programs Document machining processes and maintain machining standards Support continuous improvement in programming and machining efficiency

Required Skills:

Advanced knowledge of CNC machining processes understanding of G-Code and M-Code Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings (engineers will assist as needed) Deep understanding of cutting tools, tooling strategies, and materials

$28.00 - $40.00 per hour
