Job Description

Machinist Job Description Join a dynamic team manufacturing precision industrial mixers for diverse industries, including Adhesives, Sealants, Coatings, Pharmaceuticals, and more. This role involves creating precision metal parts, tools, and components using various equipment while adhering to safety requirements. Responsibilities Create precision metal parts, tools, and components using equipment such as lathes, drill presses, and grinding machines. Prepare and operate machines to grind, cut, and polish materials. Finish projects using manual tools. Study design criteria, read blueprints, and project specifications to determine the necessary equipment and materials. Create a project execution plan using appropriate tools. Operate and work on the Haas ST45L machine. Essential Skills Mechanical inclination with experience in heavy assembly or millwright work. Experience reading blueprints. Proficiency with machines, rotating parts, couplings, bearings, seals, gearboxes, motors, etc. Possession of personal hand tools. Experience with tolerances and testing. History of good attendance and teamwork. Experience with overhead cranes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with
HAAS ST45L.
Familiarity with G-Code. Solid work verification. Troubleshooting skills. Experience in manual machining, lathe operations, and CAD. Why Work Here? Enjoy a great shift and family-oriented culture. The facility has a hands-on, industrial atmosphere with custom orders requiring a focus on quality. Dress code includes steel toes, safety glasses, and gloves. The team consists of four assemblers, fostering a small family environment. The shift is from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with potential for 12-hour days and weekend work due to high order volume. FORT MILL, SC.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
